Pope Francis Praises Mormon Church, calls Elder Eyring a “Tight Hang”

Breaking

Last Wednesday, Pope Francis welcomed religious leaders from various backgrounds to the Vatican to participate in a multi-faith meeting to discuss religious freedom.

Among those present was Henry B. Eyring of the church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (Mormon Church). The Catholic Pontiff and Mormon Apostle spoke for about 15 minutes and witnesses report that they got along very well.

Of the encounter Pope Francis said, “Hank’s a good dude. He does a lot. Love that guy, he’s a tight hang.”

Elder Eyring also seemed to enjoy the encounter saying, “Yeah, it was nice, I was surprised. We immediately hit it off and added each other on snapchat. We’re into a lot of the same things; dirt biking, snowboarding, you name it.”

When asked if they planned on meeting in the future, both revealed that they had planned to watch Stranger Things Season 2 at the Vatican’s “man cave.”
